Arroyo Grande,  CA – 2011 291 Homes Sold -Since the first of January, 2011, 291 single family, Arroyo Grande homes have sold or are in escrow. 229 Homes sold or were in escrow during the same time period in 2010

Only 13 Homes for Sale After record summer sales, currently there are only thirteen homes available in the most desirable neighborhoods in AG.  There are no homes for sale in The Highlands or Village Glenn. Oak Park Estates has three homes for sale.  In Royal Oaks there is one home for sale, and in all of Rancho Grande there are only ten homes available.
